We are working on the renovation of our café that will include a self-serve micro market, a manned coffee bar, an area for rotating, pop up restaurants, catering area, and other food options. To give the indoor/outdoor feel, the wall of the café that faces the courtyard will have a large sliding glass door with a walk-up serving window for coffee. This will be completed Q4 2025. In addition to daily access for the tenants, the courtyard and café will also be available to rent for events.
